ABOUT ERIC LI / 20+ YEARS

Not a stack of job titles.
A path of capabilities.

Across engineering, international business, entrepreneurship, product leadership and AI workflows, my work has centered on one question: how do we turn ambiguity into something teams can execute and validate?

Engineering taught me to validate before I assume

My background in electrical technology, testing, hardware and control systems shaped a practical habit: a product must work under real constraints, not only look convincing in a presentation.

International work turned translation into execution

Working across markets taught me to translate expectations, use cases and commercial constraints into product language that teams, suppliers and customers can all act on.

Entrepreneurship connected products to business reality

Building and operating a company exposed me to customer development, customization, delivery, cash flow and accountability. Products ultimately face cost, timing and market tests together.

Cross-industry experience is useful when methods travel

Moving across sectors helped me identify stable variables—user value, risk, cost, quality and coordination—while respecting the technical and regulatory differences that cannot be copied.

Zero-to-one became an organizational capability

In recent product leadership work, I helped shape opportunities, definitions, portfolios and cross-functional execution. The team portfolio generated over RMB 100 million in cumulative GMV; detailed company and commercial information remains confidential.

AI turns experience into a repeatable system

I now integrate Codex and AI into research, analysis, planning, documentation, content and review—keeping high-value judgment and accountability human.

Credibility without exposing confidential information

This site does not identify my current employer, clients, unpublished products, detailed commercial figures, patent certificates or private internal documents. Some cases are anonymized and adjusted in non-essential details.
